From 11 to 13 May 2025, we took part in the ESTA Conference & Exhibition in Brussels, the leading European event dedicated to cash-in-transit operations, held this year to celebrate the association’s 50th anniversary.
The event brought together cash management operators, security companies, specialised manufacturers, and representatives of the European Union to discuss the future of the cash industry.
In this context, we unveiled one of our most significant innovations: the new fully electric armoured vehicle, designed to combine certified security, advanced technology, and sustainability.
Armoured to French standards for our first client who believed in the project
The vehicle has been fitted with full integral armouring, certified according to the French standard Avenant n.0104 of 04/05/2000, updated on 23/06/2022.
The base platform is the IVECO Daily 42 Electric, while maintaining an essential feature for fleet management: the vehicle can be driven with a standard Category B licence.
Certified real-world range and operational data
To guarantee real and not theoretical values, the vehicle underwent more than 1.000 km of testing, resulting in a verified real-world range of approximately 220 km, measured under the following conditions:
- External temperature: 30°C
- Internal climate control stabilised at 19°C
The vehicle offers a payload capacity of 400 kg, an optimised balance between armouring, battery system, and operational requirements.
Why this represents a solution for the future
This vehicle was created to meet the needs of a rapidly evolving sector:
- Zero emissions, ideal for LTZs and urban centres
- Certified security, thanks to armouring compliant with the latest French regulations
- Reduced operating costs, thanks to electric propulsion and simplified maintenance
- Seamless fleet integration, with a widely available base vehicle and drivability with a Category B licence
Security, sustainability, and operational functionality coexist in a single platform.
ESTA 2025: a key milestone in our growth
Participating in the Brussels exhibition allowed us to present our vision, engage with European operators, and gather valuable feedback.
The success achieved confirms that the transition toward electric armoured vehicles has already begun and represents a strategic direction for the entire industry.
