Custom 3d design:
For over 20 years, we have been using advanced software such as the SolidWorks platform to model every component with extreme precision, maintaining an error margin below one millimetre, optimizing assembly and guaranteeing customized solutions, including modular kits.
Digitalization and Traceability:
Every phase of production is monitored through a digital system (assembly sheets on tablets), ensuring complete traceability and operator accountability throughout the process.
Production and quality
Integrated production process:
- MAG welding with inverter and pulsed-arc technology (using low-hydrogen techniques).
- Powder coating, carried out in controlled cycles to ensure high resistance and coating uniformity (salt spray tested).
- Final assembly performed on a mobile platform that separates the ballistic body from the chassis, allowing the chassis to be replaced when necessary while reusing the ballistic body, thanks to its exceptional corrosion resistance that guarantees a lifespan exceeding twenty years.
Certification and Quality Control:
- Every vehicle complies with the strict ISO 9001:2015 standards (certified by Bureau Veritas, accredited by Accredia).
- Each component is coded and traceable, with detailed records of the operators involved in the assembly process — all data exportable and analysable through our management software.
Security and control systems
Intelligent operating modes:
- The vehicle features specific operating modes designed to facilitate safe daily operations, including a digital event recording system (black box).
- The system can be fully managed via an intuitive touch interface with integrated operational guidance to assist users, or entirely remotely controlled, relieving operators from direct responsibility.
Advanced Management and Monitoring:
- Configurable alarms: alarm system (including silent alarms) that activates in case of operational errors or operator alerts.
- Integrated GPS and tracking: full remote management of all vehicle functions, with no modification access for the crew/operators.
- On-board video surveillance: DVR system that continuously records and transmits footage to a dedicated server, enabling the evaluation of crew performance and the causes of triggered alarms.
Maintenance and upgradability
Long-term solutions
The innovative vehicle architecture, featuring a reusable armoured body shell, enables lifecycle upgrades by replacing only the chassis, ensuring continuous compliance with evolving regulations while optimizing the vehicle’s total cost of ownership (TCO). Maintenance and extended warranty programs are available for over 60 months / 600,000 km through the manufacturer’s authorized service network across Europe.
Simplified Access for Authorized Maintenance:
The vehicle can be switched to Garage Mode, a dedicated setting that allows maintenance and service operations by authorized workshops.
In this mode, the vehicle can be operated using only the ignition key, while operational codes and security-sensitive functions remain completely protected.
Remote Support and System Updates:
All electronic systems can be diagnosed and updated remotely, minimizing downtime, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring maximum fleet availability and mission continuity.
